CEO & Co-Founder
Benjamin Dragstrem is CEO and Co-Founder of Spearhead PMG, LLC. A U.S. Air Force veteran with 10+ years of service, Benjamin holds an MBA, is pursuing a PhD in AI, and serves as a college professor. With PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Paramedic certifications, he leads Spearhead PMG in delivering federal project management solutions from Albuquerque, NM.

Nathan Mendoza
COO & Co-Founder
Nathan Mendoza is COO and Co-Founder of Spearhead PMG, LLC. U.S Air Force Veteran with 13+ years of cleared service. Nathan Holds an Undergrad in Aerospace Systems Operations. He specializes in Intercontinental Ballistic Missile and Air Delivery Weapon Systems Engineering and Integration, aircraft maintenance and operations. He leads in Nuclear deterrence delivering program management solutions to the Airforce Strike and Material Command
